What are Check in, Check out times?

Our check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. In some situations, we can accept special requests.

Are pets allowed?

No, SOTO is a pet free environment. Please let us know if you need any recommendations for Kennels.

Will I need any extra money?

Yes, if you’d like to purchase any items from our Coffee Shop/ Gift Shop or schedule additional activities.

Are laundry facilities available?

Yes, each lodges is equipped with a washer and dryer. You will need to bring detergent.

Do I need to bring bed linens or towels?

Linens are provided. However, you will need to bring your own towel for the creek. Bath towels are not allowed outside the lodges. Bath towels are not provided between May 15-Aug 15th.

How can I be contacted in case of an emergency?

Please share our Welcome Center phone number with your family for emergencies only. 870. 448.3242

Is there cell phone and internet service?

There is no cell service in the main camp area. However, you can get a signal at the Shepherd of the Ozarks entrance sign. Wireless Internet service is available in the Buffalo Center. Service strength has improved but we only provide internet service at the request of the group leaders.
